One table for the whole preflop game of an 8-max tournament with a 12.5% ante from each player: for every stack from 8 to 100 big blinds, the percent of hands each position opens and the percent the big blind continues with against each open. Example from the book: the button opens 49% of hands at 100 BB and 41% at 20 BB, UTG opens 17% at 100 BB and 17% at 20 BB. The big blind continues against a button open with 78% of hands at 100 BB and 58% at 10 BB.

The numbers come from our own solution book (v17d): an approximation of equilibrium with a modelled postflop, not an exact solve. Cell shading is relative within each column.
