1. Úvod

Službu progressGTO (progressgto.com) prevádzkuje Jozef Mlynek, fyzická osoba, kontakt info@progressgto.com. Používaním služby alebo registráciou s týmito podmienkami súhlasíš.

2. Vek

Služba je určená len osobám starším ako 18 rokov.

3. Čo služba je

• progressGTO je študijný nástroj pre turnajový poker. Počíta aproximáciu rovnováhy s modelovaným postflopom, nie presné riešenie celej hry. Výsledky môžu obsahovať nepresnosti; známe obmedzenia uvádzame v záložke Metodika.
• Služba nie je finančné ani iné odborné poradenstvo a nezaručuje žiadne výhry ani zlepšenie výsledkov.

4. Nie počas hry

Službu nepoužívaj počas rozohraného turnaja ani inej hry. Herne pomôcky, ktoré radia počas hry, spravidla zakazujú a za porušenie môžu zablokovať účet aj zadržať prostriedky. Za dodržiavanie pravidiel svojej herne zodpovedáš sám.

5. Účet

• Jeden účet na osobu. Heslo si chráň a účet s nikým nezdieľaj.
• Je zakázané automatizovane sťahovať alebo kopírovať obsah služby (napríklad knihu riešení), obchádzať jej technické obmedzenia alebo ju zaťažovať nad bežné používanie.
• Účet si môžeš kedykoľvek zmazať. Pri porušení týchto podmienok môžeme účet zablokovať alebo zrušiť.

6. BETA a budúce predplatné

Služba je v BETA verzii a je zatiaľ celá zadarmo. Funkcie sa môžu meniť, pribúdať aj ubúdať a služba môže byť občas nedostupná. Neskôr bude časť funkcií dostupná len v platenom predplatnom. Pred spustením platieb ťa budeme informovať; z bezplatného používania ti nevzniká povinnosť nič platiť.

7. Zakladajúci členovia

• Status zakladajúceho člena získa prvých 500 účtov podľa času registrácie.
• Zakladajúci člen dostane pri spustení predplatného nižšiu cenu, než bude bežná. Túto cenu mu nezvýšime, kým jeho predplatné trvá bez prerušenia. Konkrétnu výšku oznámime pred spustením platieb.
• Ak si zakladajúci člen predplatné zruší alebo mu zanikne, pri neskoršom návrate platí bežná cena.
• Zakladajúci člen dostane aj skorší prístup k novým funkciám (flop, turn, river) počas ich vývoja.
• Status je viazaný na účet a nedá sa previesť. Nárok nevzniká účtom založeným hromadne, falošne alebo v rozpore s týmito podmienkami. Zmazaním účtu status zaniká.

8. Odmena za pozvanie

• Každý účet s potvrdeným e-mailom má osobný pozývací odkaz (menu účtu → Pozvi kamaráta).
• Za každého kamaráta, ktorý si cez tvoj odkaz založí nový účet, potvrdí e-mail a odohrá v tréningoch aspoň 50 hodnotených rúk aspoň v 3 rôznych dňoch, dostaneš 1 mesiac predplatného zadarmo po skončení BETA verzie, spolu najviac 12 mesiacov.
• Mesiace zadarmo sa uplatnia po spustení predplatného na tvojom účte. Nemajú peňažnú hodnotu, nedajú sa vyplatiť, previesť ani spojiť s iným účtom.
• Nezapočítavajú sa vlastné účty, účty založené hromadne, s falošnými údajmi alebo viackrát tou istou osobou. V takom prípade môžeme odmenu odobrať.
• Zmazaním účtu odmena zaniká.

9. Duševné vlastníctvo

Služba, jej kód, kniha riešení, texty a grafika patria prevádzkovateľovi. Môžeš ich používať na vlastné štúdium v rámci služby, nie ich kopírovať, šíriť ani predávať.

10. Zodpovednosť

Službu poskytujeme tak, ako je, bez záruky presnosti a nepretržitej dostupnosti. V rozsahu, ktorý dovoľuje zákon, nezodpovedáme za prehry, stratu prostriedkov ani iné škody vzniknuté používaním služby. Práva, ktoré ti ako spotrebiteľovi priznávajú právne predpisy, tým nie sú dotknuté.

11. Zmeny a rozhodné právo

Podmienky môžeme meniť; o podstatných zmenách ťa budeme informovať vopred e-mailom alebo v appke. Tieto podmienky sa riadia právom Slovenskej republiky.

1. Introduction

progressGTO (progressgto.com) is operated by Jozef Mlynek, a private individual, contact info@progressgto.com. By using the service or signing up you agree to these terms.

2. Age

The service is only for people over 18.

3. What the service is

• progressGTO is a study tool for tournament poker. It computes an approximation of equilibrium with a modelled postflop, not an exact solution of the whole game. Results may contain inaccuracies; known limitations are listed in the Methodology tab.
• The service is not financial or other professional advice and does not guarantee any winnings or better results.

4. Not during play

Do not use the service during a running tournament or any other game. Poker sites generally prohibit tools that give advice during play and may close accounts or withhold funds for breaches. You are responsible for following the rules of your poker site.

5. Account

• One account per person. Keep your password safe and do not share your account.
• Automated downloading or copying of the service's content (such as the solution book), circumventing its technical limits or loading it beyond normal use is prohibited.
• You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

6. BETA and future subscription

The service is in BETA and is currently entirely free. Features may change, be added or removed, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. Later, some features will be available only with a paid subscription. We will let you know before payments launch; free use creates no obligation to pay anything.

7. Founding members

• Founding member status goes to the first 500 accounts by time of registration.
• When the subscription launches, a founding member gets a lower price than the regular one. We will not raise that price for as long as their subscription continues without interruption. The exact amount will be announced before payments launch.
• If a founding member cancels or their subscription lapses, the regular price applies if they return later.
• Founding members also get early access to new features (flop, turn, river) while they are being developed.
• The status is tied to the account and cannot be transferred. Accounts created in bulk, with false details or in breach of these terms are not eligible. Deleting the account ends the status.

8. Referral reward

• Every account with a confirmed e-mail has a personal invite link (account menu → Invite a friend).
• For every friend who creates a new account through your link, confirms their e-mail and plays at least 50 graded hands in the trainers on at least 3 different days, you get 1 free month of the subscription after the BETA ends, up to 12 months in total.
• Free months are applied to your account when the subscription launches. They have no cash value and cannot be paid out, transferred or combined with another account.
• Your own accounts, accounts created in bulk, with false details or several times by the same person do not count. In that case we may remove the reward.
• Deleting the account ends the reward.

9. Intellectual property

The service, its code, solution book, texts and graphics belong to the operator. You may use them for your own study within the service, but not copy, distribute or sell them.

10. Liability

The service is provided as is, without any guarantee of accuracy or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses at the tables, loss of funds or other damage arising from using the service. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Changes and governing law

We may change these terms; we will tell you about material changes in advance by e-mail or in the app. These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic.
